O. Forms 443, 452, 469, 508, 1528, and 1529, are required, or in case of not being in possession of any of the foregoing W. O. Forms.

REQUIRED for the Hong Kong Volunteers under my command the under-mentioned articles, which I certify are herein demanded in accordance with regulation.
